Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We love custom orders 💖. You can personalize colors, themes, and certain details depending on the product. Please include all customization requests when placing your order.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Pickup and delivery options are available depending on location and availability. Delivery fees may apply and will be confirmed when placing your order.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

What happens if I cancel within 48 hours?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as your order will already be in preparation.
Are deposits refundable?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable once the 48-hour window has passed.
What if I need to reschedule my order?
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
